When your order ships, we send you an email with its tracking details.

Not happy with your order? You can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Gift cards, personalised items and hygiene products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged.

Write to us at meidanmuz@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
Send the item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Once we receive and check the return, we refund you to the original payment method within 14 days.

If something arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to us within 7 days with a photo, and Lumi will make it right at no cost to you.
