Questions we hear often
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the studio within two working days. Delivery in Israel takes 2–4 working days, and it’s free over ₪250.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes. You have 30 days to return or exchange anything unworn, in its box. Write to us and we’ll send you the details.
How do I find my ring size?
Wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it meets and measure it in millimetres. Send us the number and we’ll match it to our sizes, or come by the workshop to try them on.
Do you repair jewelry?
We repair anything we make, for free, for as long as you wear it. Pieces from other makers we look at one by one.
Can you make a custom piece or an engraving?
Often, yes. Tell us what you have in mind and when you need it, and we’ll answer with what’s possible, a price and a time.
